Assessed via
Q14: Do you provide real food/water bowls?
Roch Interpretation
The bowls need to be in the room before the guest arrives, not available on request. If the housekeeper brings them after the guest calls the front desk, R2 is not met.
Examples
Compliant
A hotel places two ceramic bowls in every dog designated room as part of the standard pre arrival setup, so every dog guest arrives to bowls already in position without asking.
Not compliant
A hotel lists 'pet amenities available on request' in its room description; guests must call the front desk to have a travel bowl brought to the room.
