A provider holds one of three statuses under this standard. Certified means the provider has been assessed and meets all minimum requirements. Not Certified means the provider has been assessed and does not meet one or more minimum requirements. Not Assessed means the provider has not submitted to or completed an assessment under this standard. Only Certified and Not Certified are assessment outcomes. Not Assessed is the default state and carries no implication about a provider's dog friendliness or lack of it.
